As we gracefully, or not so gracefully, depending on your view of post-covid wreckage, make our way into the most exciting time of year for e-commerce, we pause to give thanks. Thanks to our intelligent, dedicated, and hard-working team, who, despite the challenges of learning new technology and adjusting to working remote, continue to deliver above and beyond for our clients and affiliate partners – leading us to the best quarter in client retention and best month (September) in revenue performance. Thanks to our customers who trust our agency to deliver superb results in affiliate. And, a special thanks to Rakuten Advertising for naming us ‘Agency of the Year’ at their 18th annual United States Golden Link Awards held last week.
For those new to digital advertising, Rakuten is a billion-dollar digital advertising juggernaut involved in ‘70+ businesses span e-commerce (including Rakuten Affiliate Network), digital content, communications, fintech, and professional sports, bringing the joy of discovery to more than 1.2 billion members across the world.’ The afternoon brought together the best in the performance marketing industry to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and leadership, with award categories including best advertiser, campaign, affiliate, along with many others.
Our respective category ‘Best OPM/Agency’ is critiqued by a thorough review of “an OPM or Agency that demonstrates an outstanding job managing Affiliate Marketing programs. They will demonstrate both industry knowledge and analytical skills while mastering the tools and technology available in Rakuten Advertising Affiliate.” As you can imagine, we were elated once we received the award live.
Whether it’s our 4th consecutive placement on Inc.’s ‘Fastest Growing Company’ list or back-to-back ‘Best Workplace‘ awards, we carry these accomplishments, not with an aura of status or vanity, but with a sense of responsibility. It is our duty more than ever to live up to such a title by providing unparalleled customer service and performance, sparing no investment in resources, technology, and tools to do so.
